Welcome to our secure remote access site.   The site provides subscribers with access to land, financing statements and judgment records. In addition, starting in January 2022, we are providing access to will and fiduciary account information. Land records are available back to the inception of the county.

In an effort to reduce visits to our office, free access to index information can be accessed here.

IMPORTANT NOTE: On November 20, 2023, the Clerk added land record indexing data to the system back to Deed Book 30 (October 15, 1903). This new indexing data can be found by searching the "Full System" option on the site. Images were previously scanned for these books, so the images will link from the indexing data. This should eliminate the need to use the "Imaged Index" portion of the site for the land records data from 1903 to 1983. We have not removed the Imaged Index data for those dates if you prefer that method.
